Research allowance for innovative development projects

In 2019, a new research and development allowance from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research was launched in the form of the so-called research allowance. Within the scope of this research allowance, companies can submit their development projects and if approved, the projects will be funded with 25% of the personnel costs involved.

The submitted projects are examined in detail. The process assesses the innovation degree of the projects and whether they contribute to the state of research and development in their respective area.

All the more we are happy to have been successfully awarded the research allowance for two development projects at the same time:

Transfer Car Inhouse Storage
With this innovative storage and retrieval system, the available space in a warehouse can be used optimally, as it does not require an upper guide rail and thus the storage space up to the hall ceiling (among others between roof beams) can be used optimally.

FlowMate Timber
The redesign of our production control system enables us to distinguish ourselves from our competitors and to provide our customers with a modern and innovative software. In addition to the multi-platform capability and the 3D visualization of the line, previous line states can be displayed - among other functions - there are optimized visualization and diagnostic options and the statistical evaluation of the line  utilization enables our customers a targeted production planning and control.

With these and other development projects, we create an added value for our customers and maintain our position as an innovative provider of customized overall solutions. We are happy that MINDA has now been awarded with the official BSFZ seal, confirming this innovative power.
